چکیده
We are given a set S of n points in the Euclidean plane. assume that is general position. A simple polygon P an empty if each vertex point and every either outside or P. In this paper, we consider problem enumerating all polygons set. To design efficient enumeration algorithm, use reverse search by Avis Fukuda with child lists. propose algorithm enumerates O(n2 |ϵ(S) |)-time, where ϵ(S) S. Moreover, applying same idea to surrounding S, them O(n2)-delay, while known log n)-delay, such inside polygon.

Enumerating isodiametric and isoperimetric polygons
For a positive integer n that is not a power of 2, precisely the same family of convex polygons with n sides is optimal in three different geometric problems. These polygons have maximal perimeter relative to their diameter, maximal width relative to their diameter, and maximal width relative to their perimeter. We study the number of different convex n-gons E(n) that are extremal in these thre...
متن کاملEmpty convex polygons in planar point sets
The Erdős–Szekeres theorem inspired a lot of research. A frequent topic in this area is the study of the existence of so-called empty convex polygons in finite planar point sets. Let P be a finite set of points in general position in the plane. A convex k-gon G is called a k-hole (or empty convex k-gon) of P , if all vertices of G lie in P and no point of P lies inside G. Frequently we will mea...
متن کاملEnumerating Foldings and Unfoldings between Polygons and Polytopes
We pose and answer several questions concerning the number of ways to fold a polygon to a polytope, and how many polytopes can be obtained from one polygon; and the analogous questions for unfolding polytopes to polygons. Our answers are, roughly: exponentially many, or nondenumerably in nite.
متن کاملPlanar Point Sets with a Small Number of Empty Convex Polygons
A subset A of a finite set P of points in the plane is called an empty polygon, if each point of A is a vertex of the convex hull of A and the convex hull of A contains no other points of P . We construct a set of n points in general position in the plane with only ≈ 1.62n empty triangles, ≈ 1.94n empty quadrilaterals, ≈ 1.02n empty pentagons, and ≈ 0.2n empty hexagons.
متن کاملGuarding Fat Polygons and Triangulating Guarded Polygons
In this paper we study three related problems: (i) Given a fat polygon P , we show how to find a set G of points in P such that every point on the boundary of P sees at least one point of G. The set G is said to guard the boundary of P and its cardinality depends on the shape parameters of P . Fat polygons are often used to model more realistic inputs. (ii) Given k points that guard the boundar...
